Skya is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College for massage therapy, and is excited to begin offering Registered Massage Therapy at AH Massage Therapy as an Independent Practitioner.
Skya believes in the benefits of massage therapy as an integral part of a holistic approach to health and well-being. By using fluid and rhythmic techniques of Swedish massage, she assists the body in slowing down and letting go of the fast-paced city vibe - making way for deeper relaxation, recovery, and restoration. Skya is able to work with clients with multiple needs, and helps to develop individualised care routines to promote physical health.
When she is not in her role as registered massage therapist, Skya can be seen riding her bike in all seasons across the city. You can also find her at the gym where she has been training for many years for her own personal health and well-being. In fact, Skya’s keen interest in muscle movement and strength training has given her the knowledge and skills to become a trainer's assistant -- training others at her gym.
When she has spare time, Skya creates art, works on puzzles and plays board games.
